1. Data We Collect
We collect: email address, business name, GSTIN, address, invoice data, and usage analytics. We do not collect Aadhaar or PAN numbers.
2. How We Use Data
Your data is used solely, for: generating invoices, calculating GST, managing your account, and improving our service. We do not sell your data.
3. Data Storage
Data is stored on Supabase (cloud PostgreSQL) with encryption in transit and at rest. Servers may be located outside India as per Supabase infrastructure.
4. Third-Party Services
We use: Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics anonymized), Sentry (error monitoring), and Dodo Payments (subscription billing). Each has its own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
Active accounts: Data retained while account is active. Free users inactive 12+ months: Invoice data archived, account may be deactivated. Pro users: Data retained while subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation.
6. Your Rights
You can: export your data, request deletion, update profile information, and revoke consent by contacting support.
7. GSTIN Data
GSTIN lookups use publicly available government data. We do not store GSTIN data of third parties beyond what you enter in invoices.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are used for service improvement and can be disabled.
