1. Service Description
JetInvoice is a cloud-based GST invoice creation tool for Indian businesses. We provide invoice generation, tax calculation, and document management features.
2. Not a Government Portal
JetInvoice is not a government e-invoicing portal (IRP). We do not generate Invoice Reference Numbers (IRN). For e-invoicing compliance (turnover above ₹5 Cr), you must use the government's designated portal separately.
3. Tax Calculation Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy in GST calculations, the responsibility for correct tax amounts, HSN classifications, and compliance lies with the user. Always verify invoice details before submission.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers. We use encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your invoice data with third parties.
5. Usage Limits
Free plan: 15 invoices per month with JetInvoice branding. Starter plan: 50 invoices per month without branding. Pro plan: unlimited invoices. Business plan: unlimited invoices and up to 3 users. Exceeding monthly limits will block new invoice creation until the next billing cycle or upon upgrade.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for 12+ months (free tier).
7. No Liability for Incorrect Input
JetInvoice is a tool. The accuracy of GSTIN, HSN codes, prices, and tax rates entered by the user is the user's responsibility. We are not liable for errors in invoices caused by incorrect user input.
8. Subscription & Refunds
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are provided on a case by case basis within 7 days of payment. Contact support for refund requests.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
