Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using JetInvoice. We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our Pro subscriptions.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your JetInvoice Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). After this period, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier, and you will lose access to premium features such as unlimited invoices and advanced payment tracking.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since JetInvoice is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), all subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We encourage users to fully utilize the Free tier to evaluate the software before deciding to upgrade to Pro.
However, we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Accidental Renewals: If you forgot to cancel your subscription and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge.
- Major Service Disruptions: If the JetInvoice service is completely unavailable for an extended period, preventing you from generating invoices.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times due to a billing system error.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@jetinvoice.in with your account email address and the reason for the request. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
4. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
